Senior product manager Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will support our development team with product architecture, user experience scope, product and design flows, product requirements, feature assessment, market research, user interviews, operational research and assessment, and managing and monitoring of product KPIs. You will dig deep into III Tech’s product development strategy, and understand our philosophy and process for designing, developing, and managing products. You will spend much time interfacing with clients on-site at the location of their headquarters in order to understand their needs, provide product management and design for those needs, communicate those needs to our development team, and manage the entire lifecycle of the end product and solution for our clients. This is a highly visible position that reports to the VP of Product. You'll tackle broad, ambiguous problems in collaboration with a dynamic, fast-working team.
You will
• Analyze client needs through studies, market research, and data analysis

• Define and improve upon our products and solutions using your research findings and analysis

• Build consensus among multiple teams like engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience

• Document, manage, and monitor product KPIs to ensure they're aligned and performing within the context of the solution they support.

• Launch fast and iterate often with a talented team of engineers

• Be heavily involved in the product UI/UX design and product architecture

• Interface with clients on-site
Requirements:
• 5-7 years experience in Product Management or a related field

• Demonstrated experience planning and executing large-scale projects

• Strong written and verbal organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Strong understanding of design, UI, and UX

• Experience working with development teams
Optional Experience:
• BA/BS in Computer Science or other Engineering, Interaction Design, or a related field (technical experience is required; while you won't be writing code you should understand the technical implications of the product decisions you make)

• Passion for/understanding of popular online delivery solutions or retails is a plus
