Front-End Web Developer Job Description
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Skills And Qualifications
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

Front-End Web Developer Job Description
Front End Developers at III Tech are actively involved throughout the project lifecycle. Our Front End Developers work very closely with the design and product team, to bring to life the great customer facing web and mobile-web experiences. You will have the benefit of working in a small fun and flexible team with highly experienced people in a new startup. You will be building a front-end web and mobile web project from scratch, installing required modules/dependencies, creating necessary build processes, and operating in multiple development environments.
Requirements
• 3+ years of front-end focused web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive, ideally mobile-first, development

• 1-2 years of mobile web development using React Native, with a strong understanding of mobile browser capabilities

• Define and enforce organizational coding standards

• Build projects from scratch

• Ongoing research of new technologies, frameworks, and best practices

• Extensive experience with a CSS, cross-browser compatibility, and back-end integration

• Experience with Node.js (Express) and AWS

• Extensive experience with client-side JavaScript MVC frameworks (e.g. React.js, AngularJS, Vue.js)

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and CSS animation techniques and use of vector graphics

• Demonstrated knowledge of client-side performance analysis and optimization techniques

• Solid OOP experience, preferably with JavaScript
